Henry Cavill recently spoke about his return as Sherlock Holmes in part two of the crime/mystery film, Enola Holmes in an interview with Total movie.
While talking about Enola Holmes 2, the British actor explained how his return to the sequel had been a bit precarious before the movie was officially in the works. He recognized Millie Bobby Brown, his co-star who plays his younger sister Enola, and liked her “fantastic energy” which he had witnessed during the first film.

However, the Steel man The actor also remarked that his amazing crew members weren’t motivated enough to solidify his return to Enola Holmes 2. “It’s important to do things right” he said. “It’s important to make sure the tone of things doesn’t get lost in the potential excitement of franchises and universes.”
Asked about the possibility of another Enola Holmes film, the witcher The star opened up about the matter, saying you can never be too sure about the expansion of a particular franchise.

Cavill may not have said anything about dissenting from the DCEU for fumbling with Superman. But he didn’t need it either. The nuance implied in his comments might as well have been a statement of his disappointment with the franchise.

Henry Cavill’s role in Enola Holmes 2
In the first film, Sherlock Holmes is portrayed as the brother of Enola, the character played by Millie Bobby Brown. And in the movie, the spotlight was relatively less focused on the detective/older brother. However, Cavill explained that they will delve into his role more rigorously in the upcoming sequel.
