‘Black Adam does it, it’s cool, Batfleck does it and everyone loses their minds’: Zack Snyder fans mourn hypocrisy, claim Ben Affleck Batman shamed for killing

Remember when Ben Affleck’s Batman started killing criminals pretty badly and all hell broke loose in the form of a violent backlash? Yeah, that.

Zack Snyder fans remember when people were enraged by this aspect of dawn of justice and how the same people are now shutting up after witnessing similar behavior from Black Adam.

Snyder fans are particularly upset with how Black Adam is supposed to get a free pass to engage in such behavior when Batman has been chastised quite seriously for the same. And they spared no effort to voice their disapproval of it on Twitter.

Ben Affleck’s Batman Made Fans Furious After Killing People

Although Zack Snyder Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice had a huge fanbase, it also got a lot of negative reviews from people, especially when it came to the Batman character.

The heart of all the fan complaints and criticisms seemed to be Ben Affleck’s unexpected and dark change in character. In the 2016 film, Bruce Wayne aka Batman used a rather gruesome approach to criminals whom he not only endlessly tortured but also killed.

That element didn’t sit well with a lot of people, considering how Christopher Nolan’s trilogy of The black Knightt, portrayed Batman as someone who had crystal-clear vision “Non-Disposal Policy”. But after Batman was seen killing people left and right with manic rage in dawn of righteousness, audiences were left livid by how Affleck’s character didn’t even flinch before breaking the hallowed policy of refraining from killing.

The subject had naturally been extremely controversial. And now Snyder fans are digging into this particular skeleton from DC’s past to prove just how hypocritical people are as they choose to keep their lips sealed after watching Black Adam kill someone.

Snyder fans are angry that no one reacted to Black Adam doing the same

Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam is a ruthless anti-hero who is driven by the relentless force of seething rage and whose sole motivation is revenge.

A short clip from The Rock’s upcoming movie has gone viral on Twitter, in which we see Black Adam beat someone up almost too easily, and at the same time, we hear someone in the background say: “Heroes don’t kill people.” To this, the superhero with the power of the gods responds with a subtle joke, saying, “He did not succeed.

This seems to have turned off Snyder fans as they claim how hypocritical people are; they’re upset with how people don’t have a problem with Black Adam’s murder and then try to joke about it, but they were all terribly shocked when Ben Affleck’s Batman committed certain crimes.

A user also noted how black adam was most likely going to be a bloodbath with Johnson’s character killing a lot of people.

Some still seem to have a relatively lighter approach to it as they make hilarious remarks on stage and have a good laugh.

It’s also important to remember that although Batman often signed on as an anti-hero, he was always meant to be a hero people looked up to. However, Black Adam is portrayed strictly as an anti-hero in the film. So it will also create some differences.

black adam is set to release on October 21, 2022.
