He asks the former Bond actor to drop everything and literally be himself. Craig does it in the best possible way. He strips down, does a little twerk and shows off his killer dance moves as he heads to his bedroom to get his hands on a bottle of Belvedere vodka. But in addition to his raunchy act, you can clearly notice that he started to enjoy acting even more after James Bond. The proof is also from Dave Bautista!

Didn’t you fall in love with Craig after that? Either way, it clarifies that Daniel Craig has become totally discharged after ending his 16-year career as James Bond. It brought him a lot of money and fame, but it also cost him mentally. In an interview with IndieWire in 2021, Craig even called Quantum of Comfort (following Casino Royale) a total “shitshow”.

Craig further admitted:
“I kinda want [for] the person I was when I made “Casino”. Too much knowledge is sometimes not a good thing. I was kind of in the dark about a lot of things, how things worked, their mechanics, how the world really saw Bond – all those things. I just didn’t understand them. Then I started to understand them, the weight of it kind of got heavier.
Craig also confirmed that he would like to continue playing his campy “Knives Out” detective Benoit Blanc instead. He said he would play White “as long as we have fun and [writer/director] Ryan [Johnson] is ready for it. Daniel Craig’s change was also noticed by his co-star Dave Bautista.

Recently, in his interview with IndieWire, Dave Bautista said that Craig “didn’t seem like the happiest person” while playing Bond in “Spectre. You could feel he was under a lot of pressure. But on the sets of their next film, he was a totally different man!
Bautista went on to say that “On ‘Glass Onion’, it was quite the opposite. He was so much fun, and he was always smiling and happy and interacting a lot more.

Daniel Craig did a stellar job as Bond and ended his story. But it’s good to see him enjoy his work.
