With the fate of Doctor Strange, everyone returned to their respective universes, including Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parkers and Tobey Maguire. Since the release, fans haven’t quite understood the on-screen chemistry between the three Spider-Men. They said loud and clear that they wanted to see the two Peters fight alongside Tom Holland’s Spider-Man again.

Well, apparently Heavy Spoilers’ sources have suggested that Sony is in talks about bringing the trio back, even if it’s just for smaller roles. Both Garfield and Maguire have expressed an interest in reprising their roles once again and if the rumors are true, the two should have no hesitation in returning.

The rumored return includes their characters’ expressions in Spider Man: Across the Spider-Verse. While the film primarily focuses on Miles Morales traveling through the Spider-Verse, many other versions of the friendly neighborhood superhero will appear.

Actor Daniel Kaluuya, who played W’Kabi in Black Panther has been announced to voice Spider-Punk in the film and Holland may also be jumping on the bandwagon. The film will also have Hailee Steinfeld, Oscar Isaac and Issa Rae playing Spider-Woman. The Spider-Man animated series and the PS4 version will also make appearances.

Looks like the team Through the Spider-Verse don’t hesitate to go the extra mile!

According to already confirmed sources, the president of the MCU, Kevin Feige, wants to make Secret Wars the greatest movie of all time. Even bigger than the masterpiece that End of Game has been. Not only would Maguire and Garfield appear in Secret Wars, but the movie is also should also show other characters from other universes.

This includes characters from major Marvel franchises in addition to the main MCU. Wolverine, Fantastic Four members, X-Men, and more are just a few names fans might expect to see in the movie. If Feige manages to pull it off, fans should be prepared to experience a similar response that End of Game obtained. Just multiply it by ten. Who knows, maybe Secret Wars gonna be what it takes to finally topple Avatar as the highest-grossing film of all time.

Spider-Man: Through the Spider-Verse will be released on June 02, 2023, while avengers: Secret Wars is set to hit theaters on May 01, 2026.
