Superman was a highly anticipated character in the DCEU after he was last sighted in the franchise in 2017 Justice League. But after the release of the film, there has been no official or unofficial news regarding his comeback. It was believed that Henry Cavill was done playing the role of Superman, and this is the reason the character was placed at the back of the production timeline. But with the release of black adam, we saw the return of Cavill in his red and blue costume to play the role of the superhero.
Although the hype for the comeback was insane, fans couldn’t help but compare the scene to yet another broadcast hyping up Superman’s cameo.
In the recent episode of the HBO Max original titans, fans witnessed a mention of the superhero and was also shown in one of the scenes preparing for a possible cameo, and fans can’t help but compare the two.
Did the Titans upgrade their Superman cameo?
With the release of the fourth season of HBO Max’s titans, we were in for a welcome surprise, as we see Dick Grayson and Connor Kent go meet Clark Kent, aka Superman, so Connor can finally meet his father for the first time in his life. But when they got there, they couldn’t find it. Feeling disappointed, Connor, Dick and the fans return empty-handed from a chance to meet the Caped Crusader.

But when they reach the lab, they are informed that Superman had to flee to save a distant galaxy somewhere in the universe. a holographic depiction of him can be seen flying through the vacuum of space toward a dying star in an attempt to counter the effects of the energy blast the star would emit. Watching all of this, Connor has tears in his eyes and says “This is what we do,” to which Grayson says “You will meet him soon.” Fans of the show are convinced this is the Superman cameo they wanted to see.
Adding to the scene, fans are also comparing Henry Cavill’s cameo as a caped crusader in Return Adam. Fans call the titans version of a hype to be the best in the movie for various reasons, saying “That’s how you promote a Superman cameo.”

Why was the Titans version better than Black Adam?
For simplicity, titans The hyping version of Superman’s cameo was better because it meant something deeper than just making an on-screen appearance alongside another superhero. Connor Kent’s emotions can be felt in the show by the audience, as his longing to see his father fills the whole building of a sentimental bond. It’s not like a simple burst of information from a superstar that has little to no value when it comes to the on-screen experience.
That’s why, it is always advisable to think before doing something, because you risk forgetting what really matters.
