Kevin Feige is one of the most recognizable faces in the industry right now. Virtually unknown to anyone, he is the mastermind behind the formation of the wildly popular Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is highly regarded for his admirable vision of the MCU which began with the 2008s. Iron Man and is not going to end anytime soon. Recently, one of the MCU Producers Nate Moore gave an interview to congratulate the president of Marvel Studios for his outstanding contribution to the world of comic book movies.
Despite its worldwide popularity, superhero movies have been repeatedly criticized by various top directors. One of the names recently added to this list is director Quentin Tarantino. So, looking at the script, it seems Nate Moore’s words about Kevin Feige have more than just a statement to praise the Marvel Boss.
What did Nate Moore say about Kevin Feige?
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, the 49-year-old president of Marvel is crowned the creator of one of the greatest interconnected cinematic universes. Worth mentioning, the MCU has 4 of its films on the list of the 10th highest-grossing films of all time. He is considered a pop culture phenomenon in the current era.

Recently, as the 30th MCU movie, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever released in theaters, one of the film’s producers Nate Moore praised the Marvel Boss. Praising Kevin Feige, Moore said in The City Podcast that he has never seen someone as devoted to cinema as him.
“[I’ve worked with Kevin Feige for] about 12 years old… I don’t know if I know another person who loves, really loves movies as much as Kevin. And all kinds of movies.
Adding more to his statement, Nate Moore said that even after being so successful, Feige gives creators a lot of freedom and always lets them improve. Moreover, he even said that one of the main attributes that make the avengers producer so special is his knowledge of the moments in the movies. According to Nate Moore, he knows the magic moments of movies very well.
“And I always think he knows the moments in the movies that will work. So you can pitch a whole story to him, and he’ll be like, ‘That’s really interesting. But those are the moments that stand out for him, and I think that’s an interesting perspective to have.
This can be well understood if we look back at times like Thor’s entry into Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War or the iconic Captain America “Meeting vigilantes!” in Avengers: Endgame. The MCU sure knows how to make theaters roar.

What does Quentin Tarantino have to say about modern films?
As the MCU is loved around the world, the bittersweet reception it receives from several prominent faces in Hollywood is also very common. The likes of Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola have criticized superhero media in the past. Joining them is the director of some of the iconic films such as Django Unchained, Pulp Fiction, and Inglorious bastards, Quentin Tarantino.

Earlier this month, speaking to the Los Angeles Times, Tarantino slammed modern movies and revealed his disinterest in working with Fortress Kevin Feige, saying:
“You have to be an employee to do these things. I am not a mercenary. I’m not looking for a job”
The 59-year-old also joined fellow directors in saying superhero movies don’t fall into the category of real cinema. He claimed that this era was the worst for Hollywood movies.

Looking now at some of Marvel’s disappointing Phase 4 projects, many fans have argued that the MCU is a lost cause. But with the last Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Appreciated both commercially and by critics, the studio led by Kevin Feige is raising more hope for its future among fans.
