The Omicron cases in the United States are increasing at a very fast pace and giving sleepless nights to the citizens and medical experts.

Covid 19 Cases Rising In The United States
All the scientists and medical researchers around the globe are working on an analysis of the Omicron Subtype of Covid 19. The evolution of the Omicron variant is still unknown to the world but the recent updates show that the root of this strain is from Hong Kong and it also raises questions on the authenticity.
The US Federal Government already put a ban on traveling to and from the 8 African countries where the infection rate has been very high. This restriction was done to curb the omicron variant entering the borders of The United States. Although after a week of its introduction to the world, the first case was detected in the state of California, and the infected person was fully vaccinated and this shows the effectiveness of vaccination is diminishing with the passage of time.
According to the sources, less than two dozen people have been found positive with the covid 19 virus on a cruise which was accommodated with 3200 more travelers. The ship was approaching New Orleans port and the ship made stops at various ports during its journey.
The official health authorities have released a statement announcing that all the infected passengers have to undergo strict quarantine protocols as the cases are increasing and taking a new risk is not appreciable.
On the other hand, the non-infected cruisers will be tested frequently for the Covid 19 and if found positive, the infected person will be sent for isolation keeping in mind the severity of the symptoms.

After banning international flights from South African Countries, now many medical experts and political leaders are urging the top officials to put travel restrictions on sea routes too, especially cruise parties and traveling.
