Some economists even regarded this mandate as a tool to increase the unemployment rate in the United States as those who will refrain from being vaccinated will be penalized and might face other consequences.

On the other hand, when the court put a hold on the vaccine mandate rule, some medical experts claimed that it will increase the covid 19 cases in the US, and receiving vaccination must be the top-most national duty for everyone.

The Conservatives are opposing the bill since its initial days and The State of California even passed the jurisdiction and warned the large corporation not to follow Biden’s vaccine mandate rule at any cost or they will be penalized with $ 14000.

The US Supreme Court rejected obstacles to New York’s decision to consider religious exemptions to the government’s policy that medical personnel is immunized against COVID-19 brought by a community of Christian physicians and nurses and an organization that encourages immunization disbelief. The contenders in New York claimed that the policy infringes the First Amendment restriction on discrimination based on religion by the state authorities, as well as a federal civil rights law mandating companies to make reasonable accommodations for workers.

As per the latest restrictions imposed by the Governor, Kathy Hochul, all indoor social spaces in New York City must mandate masks and the entry will be entertained on producing a fully vaccinated certificate. According to a sweeping measure introduced by governor Kathy in a bid to eradicate a winter COVID spike that shows no signs of abating.

In her announcement, she also stated that if anyone fails to comply with the restriction and mask mandate rule, the concerned person or authority is punishable by fines of up to $ 1000 per violation, and primary healthcare departments are now being inquired to stick to the rules.

The mask mandate rule started early this week from Monday and the measure will be reevaluated on January 15, according to Governor Kathy Hochuland if the situation will be under control, the restrictions will be lifted.

New York City health department proceeds to firmly advise wearing a mask in all social indoor and outdoor environments as an additional layer of security, even if it is not considered necessary. Kids under the age of five who are still unsuitable for immunization must wear a correctly fitted mask and children who received at least a single dose must obtain their proof while demanding entry to these venues.
