Most research says that HIV has no treatment but has some medications only that can control the spread. Usually, HIV-1 is detected by the reports of fecal specimens, which shows the drug-naive about HIV-1 who are infected among individuals under an acute phase with infection.
HIV Treatment Finds Clues From Stool Samples From The 80s
There is no information about the HIV-1 detection under the chronicle faces of infections on particular subjects that undergo antiretroviral therapies by a drug. Many clues are found through stool samples that originated from the 1980s.
The term stool test is involved with the analysis and collections of the decal matter, which is used to diagnose under the presence and absence of a particular medical condition. Some tests are done through stool samples, such as microbial analysis, chemical tests, and microscopy tests. These all tests are involved in a stool sample.
Investigators say that the stool sample will be checked for the consistency, shape, amount, odor, presence or absence of mucus, and color. Stool samples are also examined for the sake of hidden blood called “occult,” for bile, meat fibers, sugars, white blood cells, and fat. These all are called reducing substances, where pH is also measured in the stool sample.
HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a type of virus that affects the immune system in the body, and HIV is not treatable and leads to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). If a person is educated about HIV, he can lead a healthy life and be precautious about HIV transmission with AIDS.
This study shows the blood samples and stool samples from the early research of AIDS under epidemic suggestions that men have higher levels of inflammation and transmission, which causes bacteria inside their intestinal tract and leads to severe risk when contacted with HIV.
Researchers say that “parasitic and HIV infections might interact with each other and result with mutual effects that are facilitated by the parasitic progression from HIV to AIDS infection. Researchers warn that control of parasitic diseases is very important in order to aid the combat of HIV pandemic”.
This study says HIV is also the reason for diarrhea because it is affected by the gut, and diarrhea will take the semi-loose form, which can be said as a liquid stool. This will show the result of going to the toilet urgently and more often.
Yue Chen is the lead researcher of this study. He says that “on this HIV specific type of bacteria will be colonized such as fungi, bacteria, single-celled organisms, and algae. These all bacteria will affect the digestive tract which is also known as “microbiome,” but in some cases, the healthy gut microbiome is essential which shows the result of bodily functions like converting the food into a fight with bad pathogens, maintenance of lining intestines, and energy.
Scientists say that more investigation into this study should be learned and updated because every clue will be detected throughout the study. A wide range of impacts will show, such as influencing the behavior, activating the immune response, and fighting cancer.
This study shows that men will get affected at the initial stages and will experience greater pro-inflammatory gut microbes before the person is positive. Some types of gut microbes are associated with faster progression towards HIV infection.
Charles Rinaldo is the co-author of this study, and he says that “there are many potential links for this study where microbiomes of AIDS or HIV have better parts from the last 4 decades.”
The study says that the microbiome is the respective component used for the body response immunologically, making the findings more remarkable with surprising factors.
