But Biden thought to bring some change in WHO for better results. Some news came up from the European that Japan and Brazil were unsure about the new scheme. The delegates from Brazil did not support the increase in contributions. There were other suggestions to WHO for increasing the number of funds. Two other officers said China was unclear about its decision. Therefore a firm decision is yet to be taken.
