The Ghouls usually have better strength and healing abilities. They can produce 4-7 times more kinetic energy in their muscles. Also, there are half-Ghouls who might be offsprings of humans or artificially created beasts with a predatory organ called Kagune in the context of the series. Half-Ghouls are stronger than the full-blood ones and are very rare.
