According to the documents, the One Day at a Time star has stated “irreconcilable concerns” as the reason behind the split, citing December 1 as the date for separation.

After ten years of union, Bertinelli filed for a formal separation from Vitale, who was 58 years old, in the month of November 2021. Bertinelli also mentioned “irreconcilable problems” as the cause of the couple’s divorce when it was filed.
