Still Speechless!! AGT Simon Cowell On Singer Sara James’ Golden Buzzer Winning Act

Sara James’ appearance on America’s Got Talent was her first performance in The United States, but she already has her name abroad. The 13-year-old star stuns the judges and audience during the June 14 episode of AGT with her incredible singing ability. She had the Golden Buzzer moment with Simon Cowell, and Cowell isn’t the only competition judge to be amazed by James’s talent.

James traveled from Poland to take part in America’s Got Talent. She told the judges that she’d been watching videos of the competition for a long time and decided it was time to find out if her childhood dreams were realized in America.

James selected Billie Eilish‘s song “Lovely” because of the emotion it brought to her performance. Cowell told James immediately that she was feeling a “good” about herself. The former reality television judge was right, and James impressed audiences with her stunning voice. Cowell told James she was the “starlight” when she completed the song. When she first visited America, Cowell told him that he wanted to offer her the opportunity “to remember forever,” and he hit on the Golden Buzzer.

“I hit my Golden Buzzer for Sara because she is a real star, in my opinion,” Cowell stated to People after the program. “She flew across the world to audition for AGT ‘to see if dreams come true — that struck a chord with me, as I had similar thoughts 20 years ago.” I was simply not as skilled as her!”

Then, in 2021 James took part in 2021’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest as the representative of Poland. In the contest, the group or artist from each nation competes with an original tune. With her entry “Somebody,” she advanced to the finals but was lost to Armenia’s Malena.

Cowell was named among the top 100 important people worldwide by Time magazine in 2004 and 2010. Cowell received the Special Recognition Award in the National Television Awards, presented at the Royal Albert Hall in 2008. Cowell was placed 41st on the list of New Statesman’s “50 People Who Matter 2010.” Cowell was ranked number ten on TV Guide’s 60 Nastiest Villains of All Time in 2013.

Jubilee Cowell was featured on The BBC Radio 4 program The New Elizabethans to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond in 2012. Cowell was recognized as an elite group of people from The UK “whose acts during the reign of Elizabeth II have had a substantial influence on living in these islands and given the period its character” by a panel of seven journalists, academics, and historians. On August 22 August 22, 2018, it was announced that Cowell would be honored with an award on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the category of Television.

In 2020, Cowell revealed that he and his son would collaborate on a seven-book series called Wishfits. The first three books are expected to be published in 2021, then the remaining four volumes in the year following. Cowell suffered a back injury on August 8, 2020, after he fell off his new electric motorbike, which many media sources mistakenly believed was an electric bicycle. Cowell was testing the bike at home near Malibu, California when the tragedy struck. Cowell was taken to the hospital for an overnight procedure to repair his back. He started eating animal-based food following the incident to “rebuild his strength.” Cowell has tested positive for COVID-19 in February 2022.
