After losing her defamation claim of $100 million and a contract interference lawsuit, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner filed documents through their attorney to seek the sum of money Blac Chyna owes them.
According to documents obtained through Rolling Stone, the family is suing for over $390,000.00 in legal expenses that they incurred in the course of the trial two weeks. (In May, the year of the trial, the Los Angeles jury determined that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters were not liable for compensation in the case of Chyna.)
Kardashian Request To Pay $390,000 To Court From Blac Chyna

“Angela White’s lawsuit sought to demonstrate that Kris and Kylie Jenner’s comments were fraudulent and that all four defendants failed to act reasonably and in good faith about Rob & Black Chyna Season Two,” Ciani said. “Because Ms. White met these litigation goals, defendants cannot be called ‘prevailing parties’ under California law, and they cannot recover their outrageous litigation expenses of $391,000 from Ms. White.”
Ciani Claims The Kardashians Have Reasonable Reasons For The Allegation
Ciani claimed that the judge Gregory Alarcon was “undeniably hostile and severely biassed” after the trial, which found that Kris, Khloe, and Kylie had “reasonable reasons” to believe the allegations of defamation they made against Chyna.
According to court documents, Rhodes swiftly denied the allegations and accused Chyna of trying to “create a scapegoat out Judge Alarcon” after losing the lawsuit. The accusations of prejudice, he claimed that they are “frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of punishment.”
