Sebastian Maniscalco was born in the year 1973 in the city of Illinois, Chicago to Italian Migrants Salvatore Maniscalco and Rose Maniscalco. Sebastian Maniscalco is a practicing Roman Catholic since childhood and at the age of 8, he was the altar boy at a church in Chicago.
Sebastian went to the Rolling Meadows High School for his primary education post which he attended the Northern Illinois University in the year 1995 from where he graduated with a degree in communication studies. Sebastian moved to Los Angeles in the year 1998 where he started to perform at an open mic in bars and bowling alleys.
He also worked as a waiter at the Four Seasons Hotel which is in Beverly Hills, California. In the year 2005, he started performing regularly at The Comedy Store in West Hollywood, California. Maniscalco looks upon Jerry Seinfeld, George Carlin, Brian Regan, John Ritter, Johnny Carson, Andrew Dice Clay, Bill Burr, and Don Rickles as comedic idols.
Sebastian’s career got a turning point when his first special, Sebastian Live, was released on June 2 in the year 2009. Sebastian’s next three specials were aired on Showtime along with What’s Wrong with People? Which was released on January 5 in 2012. Another special of Sebastian, Aren’t You Embarrassed?
