Now, their divorce has taken a new turn where Ioan has claimed to receive insulting and derogatory remarks from his wife. He has stated that she had been making fun of his appearance and nagged him.

In the new papers submitted to the court, Ioan has stated that Alice made derogatory remarks about his eyes and hair loss problem. According to him, she said that Ioan has ‘saggy vagina eyes’. This comment did not go well with the actor and he brought out the matter to court with further allegations. Since the couple split in 2021, a lot of dramatic turns have been evident in the case. The new set of papers is filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles that brought various other matters to the limelight.
Allegations By Loan Over Alice
Apart from sarcastic remarks on his appearance, Ioan has stated that Alice has kept their daughters away from him. The new papers define custodial and visitation rights sought by Ioan to meet his daughters named Ella (12 years old) and Elsie (8 years old).
According to the papers, Ioan has said that Alice stopped all connections between him and his daughters. So, he demands reunification therapy and custodial rights. He further stated that Alice has been insulting him for his hair loss problems and physical appearance in the public.
Other allegations by Ioan Gruffudd have stated that Alice is restricting his daughters to meet him and has sought police intervention to prevent him from doing so. In fact, she made sure that Ioan may not pick up their daughter Elsie from school.
All such restrictions have kept Ioan from meeting his daughters for almost a year. It is like emotional damage done to him by Alice. Moreover, Fantastic Four star Ioan said that Alice’s behavior is troubling their daughters too. she is trying to interfere with his relationship with the daughters. It is a really devasting condition for Ioan, who loves his daughters unconditionally.
Alice’s Response Over Allegations
To all the allegations made by Ioan in the 113-page document filed in the Superior Court, Alice Evans has pleaded in her defense that Ioan is misleading the court proceedings. Moreover, he has not abused Ioan in any way.
After their breakup held in March, Ioan moved with Bianca Wallace to another place. Alice has stated that she never interfered in the life of Ioan and Bianca. Besides this, she did not intend to spoil the peace of Ioan Gruffudd. All-in-all, Alice has identified Ioan’s allegations to be fake.
