According to the claim, the McDonald’s employee who was shot in the neck over a bag of cold fries is currently being machine fed and brain dead. When Morgan was arraigned for attempted murder, Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney Luis Patterning told the court that the victim had been taken to Brookdale Hospital and was brain dead.
Morgan was also charged by police on Wednesday with murder and weapons possession in connection with the shooting death of 28-year-old Kevin Holloman in October 2020.
Sources say Morgan has already been questioned about the murder, but there was not enough evidence to warrant an arrest at the time. Sources claim that when Morgan was questioned again about the 2020 shooting while being detained for the McDonald’s shooting, Morgan made statements that implicated him.
