Scott Crawford, an American chef, is the owner of “Crawford & Son” restaurant in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. Scott is the husband of Kathy Sabine.
Crawford started his local restaurant in 2016 and buys all of his supplies from the community. Five times he has qualified for the James Beard Foundation’s last four “Best Chef: Southeast”.
Additionally, in 2015, Standard Foods awarded five stars to its restaurant’s meals. In 2016, the chef triumphed in “Recipe for Deception” on the Bravo channel.
Crawford opened Jolie, a French bistro named after his daughter, as a second restaurant in August 2019. The restaurant, which is close to Crawford and Son, has a rooftop dining area and a menu of dishes traditional French dishes that Crawford and chef Madison Tessener have modernized.
