Jaylon died on June 21 and his death was determined to be accidental, according to a representative from the Maryland Department of Health.
On the evening of June 21, the athlete was found dead at his home in Baltimore. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel after unsuccessful attempts to resuscitate him.
