The first season of Cosmic Love, a new dating series on Amazon Prime, premiered August 12 and features singles looking to find love with astrological advice. In addition, each represents one of the four astrological signs: Air, Water, Fire or Earth. On the program, Connor Shennan, 27, is the “air” representative and is looking for his “twin flame”.
Four singletons who find love among 16 other singletons will also be featured in Cosmic Love. Additionally, the enigmatic Astro Chamber and songwriters Ophira and Tali Edut (also known as The AstroTwins) will guide the four singles reflecting the four astrological components (voiced by Cree Summer). Drama and temptation will also skew the direction of the show.
According to the show’s official Amazon Prime summary,
Four people try to use astrological correspondence to locate their ideal partner in this new social experiment. Each person is a representation of one of the four components of astrology (Air, Fire, Water, Earth).
At the Astro Chamber, a retreat led by a magical guide, they have their passionate adventure. They mix, match, date, eliminate and eventually reach the most important choice of their lives. Will they marry their soulmate, simply based on astrology?

Wildlife firefighter Connor Shennan is a birth sign Gemini. He just made an appearance on the popular interactive show Watch What Happens Live on Bravo. Along with his Cosmic Love co-star Noel Allen, he portrayed a bartender. On her Instagram account, Shennan also talks about her experience filming the show. He stated:
Connor is also a fan of sports, nature, music and sarcastic comments. On his social media accounts, he frequently posted photos of himself shooting, fishing and waterskiing.
Additionally, Connor has sophisticated knowledge of astrology which he will use to his advantage in the series to perform deft moves in search of his true love. He also comes across as an intelligent blacksmith who communicates through dialogue because Gemini is an aerial element. His tendency to over-analyze every aspect could make it difficult for him to truly fall in love.
The “ever-evolving” nature of the Gemini single could cause problems throughout the presentation. Many people are fascinated by their zodiac sign, so it can be difficult for one person to maintain Connor’s interest for a sufficient period of time.
