Naoise O Sullivan was a 13-year-old Irish boy who died on August 11, 2020 in Beech Court, Killiney, County Dublin, who was mountain biking with two friends when they collided with a tree on a track in Ticknock Forest . She died of a catastrophic spinal injury. His mother claims that Naoise was a very athletic child and often enjoyed spending his time doing adventure sports.

The inquest heard that when his companion stopped making noises or showing signs of breathing, he realized it was terrible. At 3.20pm, the 13-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene after resuscitation efforts were abandoned due to his lack of response. One of Ticknock’s shorter trails, Skyline, was where the accident happened, and Naoise had cycled there more than 50 times before.
