Fire TV users inflamed by streaming crash with HBO Max’s House of the Dragon premiere

Right after the premiere of the prequel series, the main @hbomax account took to Twitter and posted “The only thing that could tear down the House of the Dragon was itself. #HOTD”. @HBOMaxHelps replied although they removed it later. The deleted tweet says “Hi, we want to help. Could you please let us know what device you are using? »

DownDetector.com reported that the crash affected around 3,000 viewers. HBO shared a statement saying:
“House of the Dragon is successfully viewed by millions of HBO Max subscribers tonight. We know that a small portion of users are trying to connect through Fire TV devices that are experiencing issues and are in the process of troubleshooting for affected users.”
