The the Hulk’s strength is remarkable, but it’s far from his only superpower. Check out these 10 of his abilities that you definitely missed!
1. Space does not scare him
While its indestructibility on Earth is certain, what happens in deep space? Hulk’s superior ability to withstand the harsh conditions of orbit has made him an indispensable member of Team Marvel on their many galactic excursions.
Due to his incredible adaptability, Hulk is a character who can take on threats from anywhere in the known world. When the Hulk’s spaceship was destroyed, he became incredibly enraged and his physiology adapted to be able to withstand all sorts of space situations.
2. It is bulletproof
Since the Hulk is often shown in a shirtless, tattered state, it would be reasonable to assume that he has little physical protection. Maybe he thinks his strength will protect him from harm, right? When he gets out, he doesn’t need to wear any protective gear since he can deal with anything that comes his way. Similar to Superman, Hulk is immune to damage from any source.
Banner’s transformation into a green giant isn’t just visual. Although his green complexion makes him handsome, it also gives him greater defense than an ordinary man. Due to his thick skin, the Hulk is immune to many common forms of aggression. So there’s no point in wasting bullets on someone who will just ignore the damage and move on.
3. Hulk’s signature thunderclap
When heroes still had unique trademark moves, the the Hulk’s thunderbolt so strong it would knock out enemies miles away just by slapping its palms. Although the monster has developed many other amazing abilities since then, it’s still a joy to see the green giant clap its hands.
Thunderclap has the power to alter the tide of battle as it can silence opponents, knock them out of their game, and extinguish flames.
4. Illness!! What is that
Hulk’s strength is most often equated with his ability to lift massive objects. However, there are a variety of strengths that go beyond physical power, such as an abnormal ability to endure pain. There is no doubt that Hulk belongs to the second group; after all, we’ve established that he’s immune to bullets. He is also resistant to the internal conflicts that plague humans and often prove futile in their attempts to damage him.
Hulk’s radioactive state caused him to undergo genetic mutations that made him immune to typical diseases. So while other superheroes have suffered tragic deaths from disease, the Hulk shouldn’t worry about such a fate. Due to his abilities, his system is now disease resistant. He appears to be in good health and has a bright future to wreak havoc.
5. He’s Fast and Furious
Hulk’s destructive abilities aren’t limited to the ground. The hulk’s legs are like extremely strong tree trunks, so it stands to reason that he can create an incredible level of speed with his raw power.
The hulk can certainly beat a race car, but his legs will ultimately be too strong for the earth to support his weight. If the Hulk reached a particular speed, the earth would crumble beneath his feet. This explains why he enjoys jumping as much as running.
6. Time travel
The Hulk is capable of time travel in addition to land and sea travel. Hulk once had full cognitive ability as well as enormous physical stature. Hulk cannot be stopped by the limits of time.
The greenish giant’s intelligence and cunning earned him the name “The Professor”. Hulk finally gained the mental clarity needed to time travel at this point. During this time, the Hulk also had a chance encounter with his Elder.
7. Different Hulk, different powers
Although Hulk and Bruce Banner live in the same body, that doesn’t mean their minds are exactly the same. Hulk has a mind of his own and has called Bruce a “puny banner” on numerous occasions, proving that he can function independently of Bruce’s influence. Bruce’s Hulk avatar, however, tends to grow into an existence of its own.
Hulk could even take over Bruce’s body in his various incarnations. Hulk’s strength changes between characters. There’s a cunning gray hulk named Mr. Fixit, a more enlightened hulk known as The Professor, and a scary green monster known only as the Devil Hulk. These manifestations of the Hulk’s character only increase his threat to humanity.
8. Can cross continents in a single jump
Hulk’s enhanced musculature allows him to do feats most people can only imagine. Hulk is able to use the powerful strength of his legs to effortlessly leap great distances in a single bound. The Hulk, on the other hand, is capable of crossing seas and landing on distant lands when exerting enough effort, and has even jumped into higher orbit.
There are no baggage fees or delays, but landing is always a concern. The Hulk’s enormous strength and weight means that when he lands from a particularly high jump, he often causes tremors, aftershocks, and even massive landslides.
9. There is no end to the power of the Hulk!! Literally!!
Whenever Bruce Banner experiences overwhelming mental or emotional strain, he transforms into the Hulk. In other words, the strength of the Hulk’s emotions determines the extent to which he can unleash his rage.
Because Hulk’s strength is proportional to Bruce’s degree of mental anguish, he can be as powerful as Bruce allows. It was never said that Bruce couldn’t be angrier than he is right now. Nonetheless, Bruce has the ability to channel his anger into a state where Hulk’s strength is nearly infinite.
10. Immune to nuclear blasts
Nuclear weapons are among the deadliest weapons ever invented by mankind. Despite their enormous power, none of these weapons were able to damage the Hulk. Hulk has been exposed to so much radiation that nuclear blasts barely phase him.
The monster is the only one capable of destroying each of these weapons, making his best friends with Nick Fury. As expected, he succeeded, demonstrating that even humanity’s mightiest arsenal is no challenge for the green giant.
