During promotions for Light year, the notable actor made an appearance on the prominent late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live. There, Evans described a “irritating” event in South Korea, following the release of snowdropsa film directed by the famous South Korean director Bong Joon-ho.

As he sat down to talk with Jimmy Kimmel on his show, Chris Evans was faced with an intriguing question. The actor was asked about his experiences mobbing unexpected fans. Such experiences are often, sometimes, unavoidable, given the actor’s stature and fame. People around the world have a vague idea of who Chris Evans is, all thanks to his vast contribution to the MCU. To answer this question, the Gifted The actor recounted an experience he had in South Korea. According to the actor, “one of the craziest experiences had nothing to do with Marvel.”

For the promotion of his film snowdrops, the actor had to fly to the country. When he arrived at the airport, the scene in front of him was a chaotic ruckus. In his own words, “It was a zoo! Like, we were the Beatles. There were humble attempts to prevent potential harassment from taking place. The attempt in question was — a rope. Unsurprisingly, people had “shaved” past. The MCU superstar expanded on this experience in more detail, saying the following:
“Very quickly, we were surrounded. It kind of got… a little scary for a minute. Security came and got us out of there. Later that day, the producers said, “Man, we heard what happened at the airport.” We are sorry, this will never happen again.
The 41-year-old actor then opened up about a follow-up incident that was a hilarious break from the constant mobbing that most celebrities are used to.

“As I entered, there was a van behind us. Out of this van, 25 to 30 steps, giants — Korean giants, all in suits, and they… they stand in a circle around me, hold hands, and they walk me to the airport! Not a single fan showed up.
Fortunately, the actor was “all alone” at the airport. The level of security provided to protect Evans from another risky mobbing situation is quite commendable in itself. Hearing this, Kimmel himself concluded by saying: “This [the level of security] was probably for the best.
