Rumor has it that Kate Bishop will appear in other films such as Ant-Man 3 and Captain America 4.
Who is Kate Bishop
Making his first appearance in the series Hawkeye, who had admired Hawkeye as a star since the events of New York in Avengers, grew up with the arc and wanted to become at least close to his idol, Hawkeye. Hailee Steinfeld was last spotted on the sets of Ant-Man 3 backing the idea of a cameo role in setting up new MCU projects and team-ups.
It was sort of foreshadowed, about how Hawkeye used Pym technology in his arrows and explained certain things to the young hero. This cameo shows a possibility for a Young Avengers setup, and Kate Bishop ends up recruiting Stature aka Cassie Lang to the team.
She could also play a role in helping the Ant Family, keeping an eye out as they journey through the Quantum Realm. After understanding the dangers of imminent loomshe might have more incentive to form a group to fight larger-scale threats, much like the Avengers.

Following the events of Quantumania, Kate Bishop has another rumored role in Captain America 4. Gearing up for action, Kate Bishop may contact more Avengers like Hawkeye and the new Captain America and ask for their help in creating a new team to fend off threats. on a larger scale, Young Avengers.
This further leads to the action of enlisting more heroes in movies and series, eventually building up a team and project in MCU sometime later when all the members have been introduced.
