Disney+ She-Hulk
In recent weeks, speculation has sprung up about what will happen to the Marvel characters from Netflix Originals. It looks like most of these characters will be adapted for use in Disney-run productions, albeit with a redesign. There will be a lot more crossover now that Cox’s Daredevil is in the MCU.
The series’ delay in introducing Daredevil
She-Hulk writer Jessica Gao revealed to Collider that he would also appear in the upcoming Marvel comedy. With two episodes already out and a third on the way this week, when exactly will Cox make an appearance?
According to Gao, the show’s creative team didn’t realize Daredevil was a possibility until they started scripting the show, even though the Daredevil reveal was a big event for She-Hulk and the MCU as a whole.
That said, here are a few reasons why we shouldn’t expect to see Daredevil in She-Hulk until at least Episode 5.
Superhero costumes signal the end of the series
Although it’s common for MCU heroes to get their official costumes in the second half of a season, Jennifer Walters made it clear in the pilot episode of She-Hulk that she has no interest in becoming a super hero.
As a result, most of the show will most likely focus on him getting to grips with his new hero role, and his superhero costume probably won’t play a part until the show’s home stretch.
Daredevil was an afterthought.
Chances are Daredevil won’t have a role at the start of She-Hulk since the story was well advanced when the writers discovered Daredevil’s potential inclusion. Since she’s not a hero supporter, to begin with, it would take a huge leap forward for her to join Murdock’s Daredevil in episodes 2, 3, or 4.
Additionally, fans were hoping to see Daredevil appear in She-Hulk since Matt Murdock is also a lawyer. One of the few times you can expect to see him in costume is at the show’s big conclusion, given that he’s originally from New York, not Los Angeles.
Daredevil could appear in episode 5
After her appearance in the first episode, it was confirmed that Titania, played by Jameela Jamil, will not reappear until Episode 5 of She-Hulk on Disney+. Wouldn’t it be fun if Matt Murdock represents Titania in court the next time She-Hulk and Titania face off?
As a bonus, it would allow She-Hulk and Daredevil to meet and speak as lawyers instead of just being Marvel heroes. If Titania is brought back in Episode 5, it makes sense to bring back the character who could be vital in helping She-Hulk destroy her.
Could Daredevil appear in episode 7?
There better be some good cause, or perhaps Avengers-level danger, for Daredevil to work with Walters in She-Hulk, as clips of him in costume and the role show. If so, it makes perfect sense for She-Hulk to debut in the seventh episode, when the Disney+ series usually begins to build towards its finale.
The Episode 7 lineup may be ideal, given that each episode of Attorney at Law is half an hour long. Putting him in the story later might make his cameo appearance seem forced.
Daredevil’s Possible Cameo in Episode 8
This is the penultimate episode. Usually, this is where Marvel’s current live-action hero has a moment of self-realization before facing his ultimate test, and it’s also when the company likes to surprise its viewers. .
Daredevil’s inclusion in the series isn’t shocking, but Marvel Studios wouldn’t have announced it so soon if it didn’t have a trick up its sleeve, so this is the perfect opportunity to show us what what it is.
And finally, if Episode 8 is where Jennifer Walters fully embraces her superhero responsibilities, she’ll need someone besides her cousin Bruce to help her get there. If she can have a superhero who is also a lawyer, why not us?
It will be intriguing to witness another side to Matt Murdock and his world for those who have only seen Daredevil on Netflix or in the comics. While a lighter tone is appropriate for She-Hulk, future MCU productions, including Daredevil, will take things more seriously.
