‘Andor’ Early Reactions Suggest New Direction For ‘Star Wars’

The first reactions on social networks Andor arrived online before the star wars three episodes of the show premiere next week.

Lucasfilm released two star wars series this year with, The Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and both received mixed reactions from fans and critics. Lucasfilm hopes their next series will change that, and early reactions to Andor preview of what fans can expect.

Do Andor Deliver?

Critics were able to see the first four episodes of Andor while others watched the top three. Based on Andor’s early social media reactions, the consensus is that he’ll be much more adult than he’s been in the past. star wars shows, a little slow at first, and not so reliant on Easter Eggs. “The ‘Andor’ series will explore a new perspective on the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series tells the story of the budding rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets got involved It is a time filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero.

Andor stars Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, Fiona Shaw, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller and Genevieve O’Reilly. Tony Gilroy, Dan Gilroy, Stephen Schiff and Beau Willimon served as writers for the Star Wars series, while Toby Haynes, Susanna White and Benjamin Caron directed the episodes.
