‘Loki’ Ups Eugene Cordero To Series Regular For Season 2

Eugene Cordero should have a bigger role as Casey in Lokinext season as a series regular.

In Loki season one, Eugene Cordero made a quick impression as Time Variance Authority employee Hunter K-5E, or Casey. He notably used Infinity Stones as a paperweight and couldn’t figure out what a fish was in previous episodes of the series.

Casey will be back!

Deadline has now revealed that Loki the second season will feature more Eugene Cordero as Casey since he was promoted to a season regular. Cordero’s credits also include The Mandalorian, Kong: Skull Islandand ghost hunters.

Loki The second season is currently filming in Atlanta. The set photos mostly gave us our first look at Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino and Owen Wilson at a retro McDonald’s. The upcoming season was also featured at D23 earlier this month, where it was revealed that Everything everywhere all at once Star Ke Huy Quan has joined the series as a TVA archivist.

The first pictures of Loki season two was also shown to those in attendance for Marvel Studios’ presentation at D23. Based on the footage, season two will deal with the aftermath of Kang the Conqueror’s exit, see the God of Mischief reunite with Mobius, and pursue Sylvie.

In Marvel Studios’ “Loki,” the mercurial villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) reprises his role as the god of mischief in a new series set after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.”

Directed by Kate Herron, with Michael Waldron as head writer, the series stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Owen Wilson and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
