Disney+ Percy Jackson The series recently released its trailer and fans are thrilled after hearing the first line of its novel. The series, which was adapted into two films by 20th Century Fox in 2010 and 2013 respectively, is currently in production.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians follows the life and adventures of Percy, the demigod son of Poseidon, ruler of the sea. He frequents Camp Half-Blood, a refuge for all demigods that doubles as a training ground, with his friends Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood.
In 2020, Rick Riordan announced that there would be a reboot of the series, and this time he will be involved in creative production. Note that the first films released were not well received by fans and critics, and even Riordan himself was disappointed.

Percy Jackson Merch gets a new design
With a new cast featuring Walker Scobell as Percy, Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth, and Aryan Simhadri as Grover, Disney+ Percy Jackson The series promises a faithful adaptation of the novel. The trailer was revealed at Expo D23, showing Camp Half-Blood’s new set and the orange shirts worn by the campers. Now, fans have been asking where they can purchase official merchandise even before the show premieres.
On his blog, Riordan answered fan questions and gave some updates on the series. The author acknowledged the show’s costume designers and praised the new design.
“Another question is the next-gen design of the Camp Half-Blood shirts, which are absolute fire, thanks to our art department and costume designers. I imagine there will be plenty of ways to brand your own t-shirt, and Disney is working on it right now, so stay tuned.”

The trailer shows an unusual cabin symbol
