5 secret Marvel projects that could be kept secret

Is it possible there are some secret Marvel projects going on that we don’t know about yet? After D23 Expo, the Marvel community is both excited and disappointed with what was revealed at Disney’s epic event. We received trailers for Secret Invasionand Werewolf at night. We were shown the whole Love at first sight line up. Captain America: New World Order confirmed that Danny Ramirez, Carl Lumby and Tim Blake Nelson will join the cast as Falcon (Joaquin Torres), Isaiah Bradley and The Leader respectively. The Chief has been confirmed to be the villain of the aforementioned Cap movie. We have received updates on Armor Wars, Daredevil: Born Again (both are expected to begin filming next year), Stone heart (Ryan Coogler will serve as executive producer), and The Fantastic Four (Matt Shakman has confirmed directing). However, we have not received any tangible information about the casting of the The Fantastic Fourno one teasing x-men project, even a World War: Hulk film. Here are five of Marvel’s secret projects that could be actively kept under wraps while in development.

5. World War: Hulk

This one is pretty self-explanatory. Marvel doesn’t have the distribution rights to make a Hulk movie and profit from it because Universal owns the distribution rights for the character until 2025, it seems. Mark Ruffalo has said he wants to play the character for as long as Marvel allows him to, so it’s obvious he’ll be getting a solo movie. With his recent involvement in She-Hulk and his mysterious exit, it’s the perfect plot to embark on a World War: Hulk film. It’s definitely a secret Marvel project that could be brewing right before our eyes.

4. Midnight Sons

It’s one of Marvel’s most talked about potential projects and the momentum for a feature film is constantly gaining momentum. This film could cement Marvel’s versatility and lean more into exploring the horror aspects of its comics. Providing another one of those secret Marvel projects that they could run with momentum.

3. Deadpool 3

Deadpool is most definitely the most anticipated solo character coming to the MCU from the Fox Merger deal, and we haven’t seen anything on the movie yet outside of his guaranteed R rating. Marvel has declared the project a priority and placed its predecessors on Disney Plus with parental controls available for families. Still, we don’t have any real information about the movie. We’re left in the dark, so we have more and more Secret Marvel Projects.

2. Young Avengers

The Young Avengers is something that’s been in the works since Phase Four began and continues to slowly introduce important characters to Disney Plus shows and features. This is a heavily speculated project and with Kang acting as the big villain of the upcoming phases. This is for sure a secret Marvel project in full face.

1. Mutants (X-Men)

Marvel's X-Men
The Legacy of the X-Men (2012) We haven’t seen anything yet other than Kamala Khan being a mutant regarding what could be a Mutants or X-Men movie. Its title depends on how Kevin Feige wants to continue to refer to the characters while moving away from the Fox universe. Marvel’s biggest secret project yet, and it might be the best of the bunch.
