Marvel Comics Disses MCU – Give Juggernaut a reality warping punch that can shatter the Infinity Stones, the MCU’s most powerful weapons to date

-

In a marvelous albeit late discovery, Marvel now has a secret weapon against the Infinity Stones, in case they resurface, namely Juggernaut. The power and strength of the creature is beyond comprehension, and that too on a good day. But according to X-Men #88, Cain Marko’s gifted power we’ve witnessed so far isn’t the only one left of his energy. And when he’s able to access all of his abilities, he can do more than just be invulnerable.

Marvel accidentally discovers kryptonite from the Infinity Stones

In a surprising twist, new information is revealed. New Avengers #3 published in 2013 and written by Jonathan Hickman, Steve Epting, Frank D’Armata and Joe Caramagna featured an incursion that occurred when Captain America was forced to use the Infinity Stones as a necessary evil. While the reality-defying powers of these gems have proven time and time again to be detrimental to any cause, some occasions call for it instead of good over evil and good over evil.

In the 2013 issue of Marvel Comics, however, the Stones were found to be useless in the end as they were destroyed when taken out of their home reality. Therefore, it is now a matter of accidental discovery that gems from one Earth would be essentially powerless on another, either too weak to be used or simply shattering when moved out of their universe. If this information can now become canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the fact associated with the arrival of America Chavez, who can travel across universes on a whim, can be a potent weapon against any future threat (well unlikely) caused by infinity. gems.

The Juggernaut Proves Essential To The MCU’s Survival

With all the facts stated above, the Marvel Universe can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing that something as simple as multiversal travel can render an Infinity Stone useless. But another discovery now becomes the icing on the cake. The 1999 issue of X-Men #88 depicts the mighty Juggernaut losing control and accidentally punching a hole in the space-time continuum. It remains to be seen whether it’s simply travel between dimensions or if its powers extend to that of multiverse travel.

But if the Juggernaut’s full strength possesses the ability to invariably travel to an alternate dimension, and we now know the Stones can’t survive in an alternate reality, that essentially makes Cain another secret weapon against the Stones. Given that the comics aren’t as one-sided as the canonical MCU, and superheroes are more powerful than those depicted on screen, this new discovery can certainly become a benchmark in the foreseeable future of Marvel comics.
