Deadpool has always been a comedic and violent anti-hero, and no other actor but Ryan Reynolds can do that role justice. The reveal of Hugh Jackman’s return to Marvel’s mutant universe was quite comical and illuminating.
We saw Ryan Reynolds talking to the public about how he and the team are trying to bring a WOW factor to Deadpool 3. He says he went too far but couldn’t find a way to make the third Deadpool episode stands out. And that’s when he turns around and asks Hugh Jackman, “Hey Hughes! Would you like to play Wolverine one more time?”
And we, the fans, got the answer we wanted to hear! Hugh said he was here! And it’s a very creative and direct way to reveal what fans have been waiting for and wanting to happen.

James Mangold, the director of Logan did not react very well to the news. And he shared a GIF where Logan was shown being punched on the wooden thorn. He tried to poke fun at the creators of Deadpool 3 bringing Wolverine back.

A few hours later, Mangold apologized for what he did and wanted to state his statement clearly. In the next tweet, he clarifies that he’s glad Logan’s story is live again. It also says that Logan is and always will be alive, whether it’s a multiverse or a prequel. He then mentions that he’s looking forward to what Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are up to.

Fans are going crazy for Wolverine, Logan and Hugh Jackman all in one. Never try their patience on their favorite characters! In the end, we’re glad to know that our guy, Wolverine is back with his adamantium claws to rip some heads off.
