Elon Musk’s 18-year-old child, formerly known as Xavier Alexander Musk, had filed a petition to officially change his name to Vivian Jenna Wilson. On Thursday, October 6, 2022, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted the petition and requested that a new birth certificate be issued by the state to reflect the changes.
This is a strategy by Musk’s daughter to completely change her identity, releasing all the ties she had with her father, including name and gender. Vivian Jenna Wilson has since chosen to take her mother’s maiden name Justine.

Elon Musk’s controversial remarks on pronouns
Although the SpaceX owner previously said he supported transgender issues, he later followed up with a comment that completely contradicted his previous stance as an ally.
“I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an aesthetic nightmare.” said Elon Musk.

It was the opposite of what Vivian’s mother, Justine had noticed. She claimed to be extremely proud of her daughter and herself for having a daughter like “apparently normal” yet as unique as Vivian Jenna Wilson. Musk and Wilson’s daughter had announced that she had filed a petition in April 2022, which has only now been approved. Elon Musk fathered eight children, one of whom died shortly after birth; including his two children with Grimes, son X AE A-XII, 2, and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 6 months.

Vivian Jenna Wilson’s detachment from father Elon Musk
The conflict between Elon Musk’s daughter and her father, the boss of Tesla and SpaceX who aims to buy Twitter for 44 billion dollars, has remained unanswered. One day after turning 18 and gaining legal adult credentials, the application was submitted. Justine Wilson, her mother and Musk separated in 2008.

The daughter had said she wanted nothing more to do with her father, Elon Musk, even though the CEO of Tesla Motors said he had a decent relationship with all of his children. All except Viviane. He divorced Justine Wilson in 2008 with whom he had six children. Vivian and her twin Griffin as well as 16-year-old triplets and one child who sadly died after birth.
The billionaire is known for his controversial tweets causing riots on social media and who these tweets are aimed at.
