When Tom Holland’s character Peter Parker found himself in the middle of legal trouble in Spider-Man: No Coming Home, fans were thrilled to see a familiar face they’ve been waiting for since the rumors picked up steam.
Seeing Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, in the same room as Spider-Man was a treat for fans of the character. This cameo opened up speculation of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man teaming up with Daredevil in the future.

Is a Spider-Man & Daredevil team possible?
One possible way for this team to become a reality is on the Disney+ series, Daredevil: Born Again. Marvel shows are incomplete without cameos, whether it’s a sneaky cameo involving the Hulk in Hawk Eye or Daredevil’s recent appearance in She-Hulk: Lawyer. Therefore, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that Spider-Man could appear in Daredevil: Born Again. The odds of that happening, however, are pretty low due to the current Sony-Marvel deal.
Another way Matt Murdock would team up with Peter Parker would be on the big screen, right in the fourth installment of the Spider-Man franchise. The Cosmic Circus has revealed that the film will feature a street-level story, which may or may not focus on the aftermath of Daredevil’s Disney+ show.
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has previously stated that Spiderman 4 will have “Spidey goes into the street heroes” hinting that the film will focus primarily on New York City. This opens up possibilities for Peter Parker to have encounters with characters like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and the Punisher.
However, with Daredevil: Born Again supposed to be in production for the majority of 2023, it would be nearly impossible for Charlie Cox to film for Spider-man 4.

Tom Holland shares his views on the short cameo directed by Charlie Cox in Spiderman: No Coming Home saying he hopes something like this happens again. When talking about his filming experience with the actor, Holland told The Hollywood Reporter that it’s pretty exciting and might be something to look forward to in the future.
“Working with Charlie was incredibly exciting. I was a big fan of the Daredevil series, and I think he’s a fantastic actor. He did a wonderful job with this character, and even though it was a small appearance, it obviously teased the future of what could be.
Additionally, he expressed his hope for the couple while praising Charlie Cox, saying it felt like a “actors workshop » work with people he admires.
“It was great. It was like an acting workshop while working with people I really admire, and Charlie was a lot of fun. It was really cool to see him back in a character that I’m a big fan of and obviously has a lot of love for. So that was pretty awesome, and hopefully one day we find a way for Spider-Man and Daredevil to team up again.
Whether or not the team becomes a reality, Daredevil’s appearance on the big MCU screens would be something all fans look forward to, especially if it’s alongside Tom Holland’s Spiderman.
