When Cavill sat down with USA Today to talk about his Enola Holmes 2, he inquired about his other interests like games, fitness and much more. Then came a question that had been nagging fans for a long time. Will he play the coveted role of James Bond in the next Bond movies, or The Wolverine in the MCU anytime in the future?
“It’s hugely flattering to read these articles that pop up all the time about Bond and who’s the favourite. I appreciate that, of course. But it all depends on how much time I have, and those roles have to be respected and there has to be You can’t just go from iconic role to iconic role without having time to prepare for it.
He addressed this in reference to the buzzword that he would become the next James Bond in upcoming 007 movies in the future after Daniel Craig left the franchise after No time to die. Why Henry Cavill might not become the Wolverine

We may not see Cavill become The Wolverine in the near future, but we can certainly expect greatness from him.
