Following a long-running hype by the former WWE wrestler himself, we finally spotted Henry Cavill in the mid-credits scene of Black Adam. It gave us the very first glimpse of the upcoming box office storm when the Enola Holmes the actor and The Rock will face off in the future.
Recently during an interview with Extra TV, the former Witcher The actor said he wanted to explore his character more. He also assured that the new regime is actively working towards a glorious future for the last son of Krypton.
“And I’m so excited to dig deeper into this character and explore this character more and make sure that I give the audience everything they deserve with this character.”
Henry Cavill also acknowledged The Rock, Hiram Garcia and Danny Garcia who were all among the main reasons the actor could finally return to his fan-favorite character. Moreover, the Mission: Impossible – Fallout The actor said it was very humbling to be the guardian of a character with such a huge fan base. Additionally, a post from Henry Cavill on his Instagram account announcing his return and this time a long-term stay confirms that the actor is very happy with the new era of DCU.

What are the upcoming plans for Superman?
Shortly after previewing the Man of Steel in the movie starring The Rock, The Hollywood Reporter reported that DCU was working on Man of steel 2. This new DCU set under James Gunn and Peter Safran is also raising hopes among fans that the studio could bring back visionary Zack Snyder to direct the sequel to his first DC movie.
While Henry Cavill had an interview with MTV’s Josh Horowitz, Zack Snyder also appeared and revealed he was looking forward to working with the actor again soon. But on the other hand, the actor’s comment about an extremely happy Superman might force Snyder out of the picture. But it is sure that the sequel is in development.
