Companies like Audi, General Mills and the Volkswagen group said they have “temporarily” suspended ads on Twitter as many civil society organizations and as Musk calls them, “activists” have urged Twitter advertisers to suspend their ads due to ambiguity over the authority of Elon Musk. Volkswagen Group, who own Audi, Porsche and Bentley also ordered its brands to suspend paid activities on the platform until further notice.

Elon Musk receives hate from many civil society organizations around the world
