A lawsuit has been filed by Hillary Cauthen against the team and Josh Primo, a former guard. She came forward at a press conference in Houston and claimed that Primo repeatedly exposed himself to her.
At the press conference, Dr Hillary Cauthen and attorney Tony Buzbee said the lawsuit was decided because the Spurs hadn’t done anything after Cauthen repeatedly complained that Primo was doing it during counseling sessions.
According to Cauthen, Joshua Primo first exposed himself to her in late December 2021. Buzbee claimed that in January 2022 she informed Spurs general manager Brian Wright of the event.
Cauthen said she was silenced. She is now coming out and making misconduct allegations against 19-year-old Primo.
Buzbee said they will speak about the incident as permitted by law, as Cauthen is bound by Texas laws governing doctor/patient confidentiality.
After the press conference, Primo’s attorney released a statement claiming that Primo was the victim of the incident.

Joshua Primo is a famous Canadian professional basketball player who recently competed for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He represented the Alabama Crimson Tide in college basketball.
A lawsuit against Primo and the team was filed in November by sports psychologist Dr Hillary, claiming multiple instances of indecent assault.
It emerged that Primo had exposed himself to several women.
