Deadpool 3 is one of the most anticipated Marvel movies. After all, the 4th Wall-Breaking Mercenary will finally be a part of the MCU. We know that Ryan Reynolds will reprise his role as Mercenary with a Mouth, and Hugh Jackman will join him as Wolverine. But there is also one last rumored addition that will shock you!
Deadpool 3 adds an existing MCU character

Loki and Agent Mobius
Deadpool 3 casting Hugh Jackman as Wolverine was one of the MCU’s biggest moves. And now scooper DanielRPK says that Owen Wilson will also reprise his role as Agent Mobius in Deadpool 3. Additionally, there are rumors that it’s not just him, but all of TVA will be in the movie.
We saw for the last time Mobius agent on the Disney+ show Loki where he and TVA captured Loki for creating branching timelines. If the rumor turns out to be true, this will be Owen Wilson’s second outing as Mobius in the MCU.
What role will Agent Mobius play in the film?

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman Talk Deadpool and Wolverine’s Team
As of now, there is no official confirmation regarding his appearance in the film. But fan theories are already running rampant. One speculation is that TVA and Mobius will go after Deadpool because at the end of Deadpool 2 he used Cable’s time travel device to fix some things.
As such, it is possible that the action will have adverse consequences for him. Another related theory indicates that this may be how he manages to reach the MCU timeline. Maybe early in the movie he could be captured by TVA, then Loki’s actions ensured he’s now out.
He could then team up with Jackman’s Wolverine and they, along with Mobius, could go on a multiversal road trip exploring various timelines. Also, it’s worth noting that Hugh Jackman hasn’t been announced to be the MCU’s Wolverine until now. Reports say he just returned in Deadpool 3 with no plans to appear in more movies.
So it’s fair to assume, at least for now, that he’s the Logan of Foxverse and belongs in that timeline. It remains to be seen how the movie unfolds and if it plays with the multiverse. Since Deadpool loves breaking the 4th wall, it will be interesting to watch his meta commentary on the MCU and his place in it.
