Jonathan Majors Disguises Himself as Kang the Conqueror in New Marvel’s Image Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The last picture of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania gives fans their best look yet at Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror. Posted by Empire, the image also features Paul Rudd, reprising his role as Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, with the hero coming face-to-face with Kang.

A variant of He Who Remains from the Disney Plus series LokiKang is the main villain of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania before playing an even bigger role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel has already confirmed that Majors should return as the villainous character of Avengers: Kang Dynasty.

“I think it has a profound impact on the MCU,” Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania director Peyton Reed tells Empiree. “Jeff Loveness, who wrote this movie, also writes The Kang Dynasty, so there’s been a lot of talk about the impact of this Kang The Conqueror appearance. There’s big things in store.

Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man and Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp were last seen in Marvel Studios’ epic Avengers: Endgamewhich was released in 2019. Marvel recently dropped the first Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania trailer, giving fans a glimpse of their long-awaited MCU return.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania also stars Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton and Bill Murray. The film is currently set to hit theaters on February 17, 2023.
