We have some great news for fans of Kingdom. Your favorite anime series Kingdom is all set to release its season 4 in Spring 2022.
The creators of the series have officially announced that the series will premiere its fourth season on April 9, 2022.
The series will air on NHK General in Japan at midnight and will also be available on Hulu. So anime fans, are you excited for season 4?
A Walk Down To What Has Happened In Kingdom
Before we go into further details of season 4, let’s brush up on what has happened in the series yet. So Kingdom is about Xin, a war orphan trying to become the Greatest Generals of The Heavens.
The series takes through Xin’s journey from a war orphan to the commander of the King’s army and how he reached there. In the third season of Kingdom, we have seen Xin and the Qin army was about to fulfill the dream of King Ying Zheng, that is unifying China. But King Zheng’s dream is not fulfilled instead his kingdom, the state of Qin is met with the destruction that the state has faced for the first time.
What Will Happen In Kingdom Season 4?
The producers of Kingdom have released a teaser and trailer of Season 4 on YouTube and both of them are giving a glimpse of what will happen in the coming season.
Season 4 will start from where things are left off in season 3, that is the Conspiracy in the Court Arc. Season 4 will show what has happened to the state of Qin after the Coalition Army and the battle that China has ever witnessed in its lifetime.
The new season will also be the debut of Sei Kyuo, the second prince of Qin. A poster of Sei Kyuo was released by the creators and in the poster, it says, ‘I’m Next’. So it is likely that we will be able to see many new characters in season 4 of Kingdom.
How Many Episodes Are There In Kingdom And Where To Watch Them?
Haven’t watched the series yet, don’t worry. We are here to guide you. So Kingdom has released three seasons till now and the first season was premiered in 2012. The first season of Kingdom has 38 episodes.
The second season was aired in 2013 and it consists of 39 episodes. The third season of Kingdom was released after 6 years and that was in 2020. There are 26 episodes in the third season. Each episode of the series runs for 45-55 minutes. You can watch the series on Hulu.
